OPERATIONS & E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR
We're looking for a hands-on operations generalist who can jump in, solve problems, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. If you like variety and don't want to be boxed into one lane, this role is for you.
Shipping & Logistics Experience, Consumer Product Goods (CPG) experience, and any experience with Amazon/Walmart/Target Marketplaces is a plus.
You'll touch all of this:
- Amazon & e-commerce (listings, SKUs, backend headaches)
- Shipping, logistics & returns
- Light IT & systems (SharePoint, laptops, files)
- Customer service
- Warehouse organization (small, garage-based setup)
What You'll Do
- Support Amazon Seller Central and online operations
- Help manage shipping, returns, inventory, and warehouse organization
- Provide light IT and systems support using Microsoft tools
- Assist with customer service inquiries and issue resolution
- Keep product, inventory, and operational data organized
- Support operations leadership with day-to-day execution
- Spot inefficiencies and help improve processes
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years in operations, e-commerce, logistics, admin, or similar
- Experience in at least one of the areas above
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
