At Clemens Food Group, we?re looking for an HR Business Partner who wants more than a transactional HR role you?ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a coach to teams, and a driver of performance across the business.
This is a high-impact role supporting leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where your ability to influence, problem-solve, and build strong relationships will directly shape team performance and business outcomes.
What You?ll Do
  • Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs
  • Coach managers onemployee relations,performance management, and leadership effectiveness
  • Lead and support key HR processes includingtalent planning, engagement, andorganizational development
  • Identify trends and proactively address workforce challenges before they impact the business
  • Drive consistency and fairness in HR practices while maintaining a practical, solutions-oriented approach
  • Support change initiatives and help leaders navigate organizational growth and transformation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices
What You Bring
  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge ofemployee relations,employment law, andHR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility at multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balancestrategic thinkingwith hands-on execution
