Reist Popcorn Company is a family-owned fourth-generation company celebrating over 100 years of popcorn! Located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, Reist Popcorn Company processes popcorn to ship to domestic and international snack food manufacturers and concessionaires.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for Processing/Warehouse Associate. The primary job function is to assist the Processing Manager and Warehouse Manager in all aspects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in the processing, packaging, warehousing and shipping of inventory.
This is achieved by managing the key functions below, but not limited to:
- Safe operation of all production and processing machinery
- Assisting with quality assurance, testing, and computer record keeping
- Maintenance and sanitation of mill
- Loading and unloading popcorn from outside storage bins
- Assisting with bin fumigation and documentation
- Bulk bagging and packaging
- Warehouse cleaning
- Forklift operation loading and unloading bulk and van trailers
- Staging outbound orders
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changes quickly
- Preferably 2+ years experience in agriculture/food/grain/animal feed industries, warehousing, machine operations or other relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday during normal business hours
